| Really good ep seemed more like early Ranma much better than these later episodes. |
| Ranma was lame again. This time he got in "love" with every girl he saw. In the end he was with Akane, that scene was great, hopefully Shampoo and Ukyo will go somewhere else. |

| Ukyo was kinda not herself this episode, so very selfish. If she stays like that, then there is no decent girl anymore in this show lol... apart from Kasumi maybe. And Nabiki actually has improved over time. |
| i liked that basketball cold opening, also, it seemed Kasumi was in the audience...? Didn't she graduated already? Yes, it was odd to see Ukyo becoming petty against a rival, but Shampoo deserved a taste of her own medicine considering her past. |

| My man Ranma is drowning in pussy. Living Ataru Moroboshi's sweetest and wettest dream. Anyways, this episode again proves that Akane is the only one for Ranma. She doesn’t take advantage of his condition like other girls. Instead she cares more about his true feelings and actually cares about Ranma in general. She just doesn’t show it cos Ranma doesn’t deserve it for being a dick to her most of the times which is understandable. I think Ukyo needs to be more aggressive in her game. Otherwise she has no chance of winning. But we all know how it’s gonna turn out in the end. |
| A Sudden strong Ataru vibe from Ranma makes the episode quite entertaining. It's always good when the show detracts from the usual martial art shit. It's pretty obvious which girl is the one that truly deserving of Ranma. Akane is quite insecure about seeing herself not cute like the other girls but also the one that truly cares for Ranma and has to deal with Ranma's immaturity too. Being Akane is tough and a pain in the ass. The show should have made more these type of stories rather than the martial art thing and the transformation thing. Hopefully, the other girls also grow to be more considerate of Ranma lol or it's going to get old. |

| Probably one of the best episodes in a while, at least for me, I definitely agree with others here that Ranma was a bit more like Ataru in this episode, only Ranma actually gets the girls he asks out lol. And something else others here said, I’m also a bit surprised that Ukyo was acting very similarly to Shampoo in this one by trying to take advantage of the bandaid, it made for some fun and cute moments but Ukyo typically isn’t like this, but I can’t complain much tho since I did enjoy her battling with Shampoo, and in the end we know who Ranma is gonna end up with, especially after seeing Ranma’s moments with Akane in this episode, the very last part which was very sweet. I gotta give it to Ranma tho, even under the influence of the bandaid, I gotta respect trying to rizz up all three sisters lol, when he went for Nabiki I was like “finally, Ranma realized who best girl is.” |
| I don't usually have the time to rewatch episodes because I still have to watch so many other works by Takahashi-sensei. But I had to make an exception here because this episode is just too entertaining The way Shampoo and Ukyo trade blows and fear for the favor of Ranma - who is for once turned towards them - is simply delicious.😂 I just like these episodes where gag after gag follows gag, so that you can watch it again, because you don't get all the funny moments the first time. Starting with the basketball scene, then the boat trip with Shampoo, the walk with Ukyo, to how Shampoo and Ukyu try to outdo each other to get Ranma's signature. ✨ The two of them always work well as a double act and just pass the ball to each other. And of course at the end, how could it be otherwise, another moving Ranma x Akane shiping moment. Heart, what more could you want?💖 By the way, I think it's funny how you compare Ranma to Ataru in this episode - because compared to Ataru, Ranma behaves like a gentleman😂 All in all, a very cool and funny episode. Too bad that it's an anime original and is therefore disqualified from the start for the reboot. But it's so funny that it could have been written by Takahashi himself. |
